She and her office staff are first off friendly. They are thorough in everyway. Dr. Klaus is a genius who can communicate! If you want your issue resolved she's the one to go to hands down and I've had my fair share of experience being a brain tumor survivor. Again, don't waste your time seeing anyone else.
